Chase Township will begin a full reassessment of all Residential parcels in Chase Township in June of 2024.

Chase Township is taking applications for a contracted Assessor for our local unit. Contracted services will begin 6/01/2024.
Chase Township is seeking township electors to serve on the Chase Township Board of Review.
Township Budget Meeting
The Chase Township Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed township budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025 at the Chase Township Hall on March 19, 2024 at 6:30pm. The property rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. A copy of the budget is available for public inspection with the township clerk or township supervisor.
The Chase Township Board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting with a 10 business day notice to the Chase Township Board. PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST
Notice is hereby given that the Public Accuracy Test will be conducted in Chase Township to test the optical scan ballot counting equipment, to be used in the
February 27, 2024 Presidential Primary Election.
Chase Twp. Test Date: February 13, 2024 at 3:15 pm
** Lake County Clerk’s Office Early Voting Test will be at 3:00 PM in the Clerk’s Office on February 12, 2024**
The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the computer program used to tabulate the votes cast at the election meets the requirements of the law.
